alternator fitment question

fastlane lists a 70a and an 80a alternator for the '89 300TE. Assuming one has a 70a alt, is there any problem with getting an 80a to replace it?

Looking at all the alt. upgrades that people have done, it seems unlikely, but what you don't know can kill you...
