You know what, you're correct there!! I have never seen a company throw so much money at their clients -especially in the automotive business.
They take a lot of pride in how they treat thier, not customers, clients -as they would say. There are a lot of nice people at Park Place Motor Cars. Even the Owner Ken Schnitzer (sp??) is a totally cool guy. He's a multi-millionair, who gets up early, runs three miles, and then works a full day.
As far as customer service goes, I'm pretty sure there is no better place than PPMC, some may be equal but not better.
I also liked how they had, as you call it, "technical sessions". Where they open thier shop and invite clients in and let them go over thier own vehicle with a foreman or trained tech. How many places would give up a Saturday to do that?
