fuel pump problems with my 300e
My car started lunging and acting like it was out of gas last week, being that I had just replaced the fuel filter, and one of the pumps was winning pretty loud, I assumed it was the fuel pump.
To my understanding both the pumps are the same, and it shouldn't matter if they are switched around or not. So I switched them around and replaced the one that was making all the noise. now when I turn the key the fuel pump won't even engage. It sounds like a solinoid under the hood. I can hear it clicking but the fuel pump never engages. What have I done? Should I ****ch the order back around? I can't seem to find any blown fuses, and I'm stumped Please help |
