check out this modification..what happened

I was searching through this ebay ad and saw this conversion:

It appears this car has a front end from a 202 chassis on it. Does anybody know if this can be done without majon modification? Which fenders are on the car, 202 or 124? would this front end completely bolt right onto this car? it doesn't look to bad at all.
