fan assembly/front end alignment

Someone to help me please, just bought a very nice 92 300e, really very nice, two problems, 1st , facing front of car, elec fanon right is not working, but one on left is, should i replace both or just the one, also, am going to yosemite
over 4th, would it be ok u think to drive that distance, normally when i am running a/c and car is moving, temp gauge stays under middle celcius "mark"
also, is there a "simple" way of replacing the fan on the right, purchasing my fan from the mercedesshop

second problem, car pulls to right, had mech at a firestone store with supposedly latest "Hunter" alignment machine, with all the fancy redlights and
such, but, this car still pulls, have had several people look under car, they
seem to think wasnt in accident, this car is too nice and beautiful , no blemishes, looks straight, looked under neath, no visible damage, so this
so called "ASE" certified tech told me, that car was at maximum adjustment
and could not adjust, I dont know enough to qualify it, i want to get this right this car is too beautiful i love it, and want to get this fixed soon,
I live in Hemet,California, i know it can be fixed, just finding the right person/shop etc

someone please please help me
Thank You
Todd
