Exclamation Transmission will not go forward

I just recently had transmission service done on my 1991 300E. The problem is they did not drain the tourque converter and tried to fill it up with new fluid while only emptying the pan. just the other day i was driving and i stoped at a light. when i steped on the gas to go there was a thunk and the transmission would not pull forward. it only goes in reverse. what could be the problem?
Thanks.

You could always be a bastard and take it back to the service agent and claim they didnt service it properly.
