Question Brakes questions 1988 300E 124.030

1) I was replacing the brakes today and also measured the thickeness of the rotors. I do not have the MB numbers, but here is what my vernier caliper showed me.
Rear rotors: 8.80mm and 8.85mm (that is millimeters).
Front rotors: 20.5mm both.
Can anybody tell how do they compare to the original MB numbers?

2) I found out that there are dust covers inside the wheels but only the rear ones. Shouldn't the front ones have dust covers too?

3) What is the torque specification for the lower bolt in the front calipers? (the one that must be replaced).

4) What is the torque specification for the wheel lugs all around?

5) I bought Textar brakes for $45 front and $28 rear plus $4.50 for each wear sensor. Are these good prices?

Thank you very much and sorry for the many questions!
