Thumbs up W126 tierods... load 'em with grease?

I'm planning to toss on new rods on the SDL today (Wed) or tomorrow and have a few quick questions regarding them...

It appears the end links can be potentially filled with chassis grease but I can't confirm this. If this is so, how do I go about this as there are no Zerks on there.

Anything else I should be aware of before getting into this aside from getting an alignment done ASAP?

Thanks
