300 TE Suspension Test

Need Help Badly. I need some advice on my rear self leveling system. First of all, I can not locate where I check the fluid level for the system. Is it part of the Power Steering pump?

Secondly, my goal is to raise the body as high as I can and basically leave it there. I need the additional ground clearance as the back of my car hits every time I enter onto my steep inclined driveway. It also hits as I leave the driveway onto the main road.

I was wondering. Can I move the adjustment arm on the small valve just ahead of the rear axle and maintain its position such that it would be below the horizontal fooling the system into thinking I have a load in the vehicle?

Thanks
