Hello,
I have recently had a problm with my 1989 300SE. When I came to a stop after driving, the car would just cut out. This happend two or three times per journey, even on a short journey. All of a sudden, the problem just stopped. I have decided it was down to the wet weather. I think I must have driven through a large amount of water, and got something wet. I presume whatever I got wet has dryed out. I'm just wondering if anybody can confirm this is correct. I didn't do anything to cure the problem, it just stopped. Will it be the electrics that got wet, or a flter of some kind? Thanks
