voltage to trigger points - 74 450 sl

voltage to trigger points - 74 450 sl

does anyone know for certain the voltage specified for power to the trigger points. it comes out of the ecm on terminal 12 (yellow/black)and is the main power to the trigger points. i've heard it is regulated 5v but want to simulate it properly before buying a new ecm. it's a '74 450 sl
