New Engine Break In Rules?

Hello All,
I wanted to see what everyone's opinion was on break in time/rules for a 'new' engine. I just installed my rebuilt 116.960 into my 380SL. New mains/rod bearings, new rings, heads done, timing/oil pump chain etc. Everything except new pistons. Tranny was rebuilt as well. Is any one oil better for break in? RPM/speed limits? For how long?
What else am I forgeting?
