It is full. Compressor is coming on, AC blows cold when you driving.
If I drive faster it's blowing ok, good cold air, but in city driving or idle it's weak, cos those fans are not coming on and don't cool the condenser.
So it's working on engine fan and incoming air alone.

I just called the delaer and asked them for a aux fan relay, they couldn't find it!! They were asking me for a part number, damn it.

I think that relay is under the hood next to fuse box, but which one is it??
And how do I test it?

Update. Another dealer told me that it's not a relay, it's some sort of regulator switch, for around 200$.

025-545-32-32 Part nubers he gave me, told me that it's one of those, and that it's located below left front lamp. Do you know how it looks like? I pulled back the lamp washer door and I can see sqaure silver metal module - is it it? Or is it smth small?
How do I test it?
