Oil Filter Location C230Kompressor 2002???
Where is the oil filter located (and how do I get to it) in a 2002 C230 coupe Kompressor. THanx

I think it's in a canister (pointing upwards) at the upper right front of the engine. It may be under a shroud. Look for a matte black cap about 3 inches in diameter. You'll need the correct filter wrench to remove it.

Thanx..but how do I get under the shroud (plastic covering)??? ITs my 1st time doing this...???

its just metal clips over rubber bumpers. pull it straight up. you'l need a 15 side filter wrench, advance auto parts sells the correct one for a few bucks.
