84 300 d won't stay primed up

I have a 84 300d that will not stay primed up just in stalled the new primer so that is working also put a 12 volt fuel pump in line after the main filter. Right now will not start.

In the past once it started it would run fine no problem all day but let it sit overnight and it is hell to get it started again Help PLEASE. Thanks:
