Turn Indicator Directional Hazard Not Working

All of my turn indicators (left & right, front & back) are not working. Neither are the hazards. Indicator lights on dash are not working, either.

Does not appear to be the fuse. Could it be the relay? Or is the wiring shot?
1988 190, if that makes any difference.
Thanks

I would suspect the hazard switch. Activate it a few times, and see if you get your turnsignals back. Or, if a junkyard is nearby, grab one of theirs and swap it out.
