Is the valve clearance adjustable>
If so, how do I do it.

You have hydraulic lifters, actually cam followers, there's no adjustment. They may tap when you start the engine till the oil pressure comes up, but if you're oil pressure is good you've got a bad one, or possibly a plugged oil passage.
