I just moved to the DC area & since I've been down here I've seen a few MB's w/ some weird badging.

First was a new E320 CDI, but it was badged: E320* CDI. I thought maybe it had something to do w/ clean diesel. But today I saw an SLK350* Kompressor.

Any idea what the Asterisk denotes??
