300ce plug wires

Have a 1990 300 ce 24 valve. Went to do plugs and wires, along with injectors, rotor and cap. the plug wires that I ordered in came in as a BREMI 13247/1 1K ohm and have straight metal plug ends. The ones that are on the car, stock I presume, are BREMI 13303/2 2 k ohm and they have red plastic 90 degree plug heads on them.
Are the ones that I received, that are 1 k ohm a direct replacement for the existing wires and how will they function with less resistance? How will that impact the performance of the car? Also what is the correct gap for the plugs? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
