1995 C 220

How reliable are these little 4 cyl???and what kind of fuel mileage can one expect??Looking at one with 104,000 miles with original paint no accidents,interior and exterior looks like new and has records.What should I offer?thank,and everyone out there have a nice nee year!!be carefull with drinking and driving!!!!
