Do W124 & W201 Use Same Lower Control Arm?
I was attempting to purchase a LCA for my 1991 300E, and one vendor lists the same part number as the one for a 1986 190E. Fastlane indicates two different part numbers.
Any ideas? Do they actually use the same control arm? It would seem to me that they are entirely different. And please no flames for not going with Fastlane this time. I buy about 75% of my parts from Fastlane, so I am doing my part to support this site. THANKS!

The LCA's for the W201 are a W124 part number.

Thanks MTI - I just noticed that about a minute before you posted; I actually found that to be the case at several other sites on the net. However, the last 3 digits of the part number seemed to vary but without consistency. Anyway, I went ahead and ordered the part after calling the vendor directly and asking if it would fit my car (they said it would). Like I said, I normally buy most of my parts here, but it was tough to pass up a brand new LCA with bushings and balljoint for $89 shipped.
