Bowden Cable Adjustment W124 M102

Hi,

I posted that my nylon adjustment screw was missing sometime back then. Then I realise from the PDF that I found that it's not missing.

When I try to turn screw 15, Its extremely tight and doesn't seem to be able to be turn. However with force, I was able to turn a few rounds.

Yet I was not able to feel any tension in the cable. How should the rubber boot feel after turning? CW or CCW?

Thanks
