Euro 1985 280SE A/C compressor part number

My A/C gave out a few weeks ago. I took it to a local shop and they said I needed a new compressor. We'll for 1200 bucks they will do it and replace the dryer (not needed but recommended). Anyway, I started looking online trying to find a compressor on my own. I was thinking of replacing both and then pay them for the labor for charging and checking. So that's the background.

Does anybody know what the part number is for a 1985 Grey market 280SE. It a M110.989 engine? When I try all the regular parts sites, they don't have a 280 listed. I'm guessing it's because it's not an import.

I did find a number on the back of the compressor - 15224. But when I search for this on the web, it comes back with a 70's model part.
