throttle actuator
I'm preparing to replace my throttle actuator with a unit from 4Mercedes, and was told by them that the rubber boot and gasket may need to be replaced also. Does anyone have the part number for the boot and the gasket for a 1994 M104?

The Actuator to Manifold gasket is 104-141-07-80 at $1.50 & the Air Intake Housing boot is 104-141-09-90 at $16.50

My thanks to m.b.doc for help with diagnosis and part numbers. I replaced the throttle actuator on my E320 at 149000 miles with a rebuilt unit from 4Mercedes.com. The grinding noise is eliminated, the cruise control works; all is right again.

Glad to hear it. And, glad you got a working one shipped to you the first time.
