outside the good or bad all are saying about the car, consider the hours someone proably spent piecing this thing together. someone had vision. although i wouldnt want it in my garage, kudos to someone for trying something different! next time try doing it with a chevy...

Every state has its own smog rules. CA is very tough. You cannot add or change anything on the fuel intake or exhaust system that is not factory. Doesn't matter whether your mods keep the vehicle within the smog reading standards or not.
