My 560 SEL with 106,000 miles has started to emit blue smoke from the exhaust after the car has been idling at a stop light or in heavy traffic. Upon resuming speed it will smoke for 1 or 2 seconds then clears up. Oil consumption seems normal (very low). Does this indicate worn valve guides and if so what would be the cost to fix?
