overvoltage protection relay
I have '92 300E Sportline, experiencing cold-start problems. After reading this forum, I am somewhat convinced that it is the Overvoltage Protection Relay. My problem is that when I go to the parts links at the top of this site, I do not find anything by that name. Is it the same as a "Overload relay"?

You may want to check the fuse on top of the relay before condemning the part.

I've repaired many a 190/300E with replacement of that
overload relay.In the early/mid 90's they updated that relay because of bad sodier points internally.! P.A.RONDEAU 20 YRS.M&B,ASE TECH. M&B OF BLOOMFIELD,HILLS MI
