280C to 280E engine/tranny SWAP?

so, i think i've got a locked up M110 motor in my '77 280E (thread here), so the past couple days i've been on the lookout for possible donors.

there's a '73 280c nearby that's got a bad body, but the motor and tranny seem okay. (i'm gonna go do a compression test tomorrow).

QUESTION IS:
are there any differences between that '73 carbureted M110 and the '77 injected M110 that would keep them from being a pretty direct swap? I'm guessing they're both identical high compression 110.921 motors except for the head?

ALSO:
any chance the tranny from the 280C (722.102/722.202 ?) will swap easily into my '82 model 250 gasser (722.308)?
