Rechecked everything last night. Strangest thing happened. I pulled the blower fuse out of the circuit to check both legs idividually, and where it was reading to ground with the fuse installed, it was getting power to the fuse. The fuse looked great, but after brushing the ends I could tell there was some oxidation or corrosion. Cleaned up all contacts greased em and reinstalled. All works perfectly now. Thanks...
