Not in this configuration. You need Mercedes Cartridge and cables to connect to you car. Check this item 350041705527. You need this. When I got it in 2002 it was $550 from SnapOn. Troubleshooting module for mercedes doesn't exist. Personality keys are needed to access different systems on the car with same cable. So it gives you access to different pins on the 38 pin connector. I don't know about deluxe or basic modules. I know that SnapOn used EPROMs in the older modules, and the update would come as a new set of them. The newer modules are programmable. But all support and updates will be over by 2009. The latest available old stile EPROM for MB is 2003.
