the pin is internally threaded. Use a long bolt, a washer and two LONG screwdrivers/prybars (one on each side) and pull the pin out. Just be careful and not knock a hole in the cover under the ends of the prybars.
While putting pressure on the bolt head/washer you may have to tap the bolt to help loosen the pin.

Thanks man. I've got it out. Now I'll move on to removing the exhaust and etc. In order to get the head cylinder off. I'll let you know how it goes.
