W124 Rear Knuckle Part Sourcing?

1994 E420

I had a mild disaster on the road to work. The right rear axle failed taking out the wheel bearing and a few other bits and pieces. At this point I need to replace the axle and the knuckle assembly but I'm not sure where to look. I sent Potomac German an email but any other suggestions?
