Smile 93 300e outside mirror rubber deteriorating

The rubber boots on both driver and passenger side mirrors is seriously deteriorating. I would like to replace the boots only if possible. Does anyone know link where I can purchase replacements or do I need to buy whole mirror assembly? (hope not). Also, any procedural replacement guidelines would be appreciated.

I had spares from a car I parted, it's easier to just screw on the whole assembly if the body is not color matched. On my '90 the drivers mirror is painted so I replaced the rubber boot. It takes some wrestling because the metal mount is larger than the rubber while assembled. You have to pull the rubber over it. It shouldn't be so hard with new rubber but I had to be careful not to crack the used piece. Also, the inner triangular panel clip almost always breaks. It's a plastic barb pushed into a sleeved rectangular hole. You may want to glue some velcro to replace it if it breaks...
