Hoping for direction.

The overhead domelight in my precious 1995 E320 cabriolet works perfectly.... but it's plastic cover has cracked beyond repair, and remains a terrible eyesore.

So... I seek two things: First direction to remove and replace it (tricky things these E320 cabriolets) and...a replacement for sale, in any color.

Any leads for a used replacement greatly appreciated.
If you've one for sale even better.
