Question air issues

just had fan belt replaced and looked at fuse box....something i'm missing regarding the lack of air flow inside the cabin of my 1987 420sel?

if anyone has any ideas please forward suggestions....

Not sure I really understand the problem you're reporting, but if the blower is not working, check the 30A (?) strip fuse located in an auxiliary fuse box somewhere up around the firewall or left front fender wall.
