m103 Vacuum Diagram anyone?

I posted this over at Benzworld but it doesn't seem like the thread is going anywhere. I'm seeking an m103 vacuum diagram because I have a few hoses not connected to anything. I have a 1990 300E.

I was told this one was supposed to connect to the breather hose on the airbox, but I was under the impression that the breather hose was supposed to be connected to a Y splitter that had one line going to the fuel pressure regulator. If that's the case then I would need to know where this one goes.

It's on the EPC, free for US residents, under engine / intake and exhaust manifolds / vacuum system, as I recall.

Pics to follow.

Big breather from valve cover to air cleaner, the small vac line runs from there to the FPR.

These next are standing in front of the car:

Intake manifold lower outer runs to EZL

Intake manifold lower inner (right side) goes to switchover vac valve on driver fender. The other side of this vac valve goes to the throttle body

Intake manifold lower inner (left side) goes to switchover vac valves on passenger side fender. These then go back to the EGR valve once making a loop under the distributor cap for whatever reason.

Intake manifold rear runs to a 'three' way valve (or 'Y' connector) on the secondary firewall. This is usually a vac leak.

1990 300SEL, Federal Emissions. US car.

Do you happen to know what those white/black things in the first pic are called? Mine disintegrated a while back and I wasn't able to get them from the dealer, so the EGR valve is inoperative.

Thanks!

Thanks, I had a feeling that's what they are called, I'll check again to see if the dealer knows what I'm talking about

Question

I realize this thread is a bit old but I am hoping that I can get an answer about the egr. I just bought a 1990 300sel from a "mechanic" and there seems to be all kinds of top notch fixes on the mercedes. I realized that the EGR is not hooked up to anything and the car has a rough idle, serious vibrations, and bad economy. From all the research that I was able to find, this sounds like the EGR. I cannot seem to find a diagram that shows exactly it is supposed to be wired. All the diagrams that I have seen are for different motors and I cant seem to locate a missing vacuum connection. I would appreciate any help i can get on this. You posted a few pictures of the Y27 part but everything seems to be wired right on it. I just need to figure out where the hose goes to.

Hello,

Has anyone found a M103 Vacuum Diagram?

I found a few articles online but nothing as in depth as I need. Either that or a walk-through as far as how lines are suppose to be ran on this car for vacuum.
