fuel pump relay pin out

I'm broke down out of state. Can some one give me the pinout on 126 gas for the fuel pump relay so I can jumper it to see if I need a new pump or relay. Thanks, library closes in 5 minutes

If that car has the M103 then I think you can try jumping pin 87 & 30 on the fuel pump relay.

Glad you got it started. Happened to me several years ago, and if it wasn't for that trick, I would have had to tow the car home. Luckily I drove it home, swap the fuel pump relay drove it like normal.

103 problems

After a extended vacation the 300Se 103 engine refused to start . i removed the cover of the relay and pushed the inner relay contacts together ,instantly the buzz of the pump was audible ,even the ignition does not have to switched on . relay replaced .
For utter reliability of the `103 engine i have found it is best to replace the following ageing and worn out components .

fuel pump relay ( initially as stalling problems )

fuel accumulator ; ( hot starting problems)

all the old fuses ( intermittent electrical problems )
OVP (cold start problems ,ABS light )

replacing these makes the car very reliable .

Does your car have the separate fuel pump relay or the MAS relay? If it's the MAS, how did you get the cover off? I'd like to check mine, but I don't want to break something more than it is.

Your '96 model doesn't have a separate fuel pump relay Pin.
