M103 Power Steering Unit-The 2 Bolts You Loosen to Swivel It
Looking at service tasks 13-345 and 13-3450 - it would seem the 2 bolts that are to be removed that allow the PS pump to be swiveled out of the way for belt tensioner removal are in the BACK and not forward where they would be easier to get to.
Am I seeing this correctly? Thanks for your time. Correction - my title say "loosen" - I meant to say "remove".

Turns out there are a total of 4 bolts.
3 come out following the path in service tasks 13-345 / 13-3450. Task 13-3450 available at benzworld.org After that - the pump more or less wiggles around vs. swivels. I suppose if I were to further loosen the 4th bolt which is mounted down low(not real easy to get to) behind the P/S pump I could move it away some more - but as it is - the belt tensioner came out from the front without issue with the small amount of extra room I got pulling the bolts the service task doc called for.
