It is such a tortured relationship, for everybody. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with it anymore. The parallels to health care are quite extensive except that the insurance carriers aren't quite so powerful.

Watched it B4 heading out for work this A.M.....died laughing.
What you see in this clip sums it all up.....too many people expecting something for nothing. Not just in auto repair.....everywhere.
