Hi guys.this seal replacement job took me a good 8hrs,on the first try.on my second repair it took me just under four hrs,after getting to know the way around camshaft lobe positions.If i should do it again i think i can do it in about three hrs.tops,

Thanks for the responses! If it has nothing to do with external leaks, I'm moving on. I'm not losing oil fast enough to worry and driving 120 miles roundtrip per day. I maybe lose a quart every 3k.

ps2cho...is that the MB kit for the job that is listed in the w124 repair manual?
