			You only need to remove the 2 screws that pass through the wood just above the radio...no need to touch the radio or ashtray. With the 2 screws removed, gently pivot the lower part of the wood away from the dash; when it's at about a 45 degree angle you simply pull the entire piece away at the top...there are 2 hinges/hooks at the top of the wood that hook into the dash assembly.
