92 300d auxilary fan not working possible overheat

fan does not come on, temp runs over 100 to 110....will not get to 120 though an hear boiling water or bubbling behind wall where heater core is. Is this just from fan not working or are there more severe problems. I just keep putting a gallon of water in it about every other day. doesnt appear to be any leaks. may be just coming out of overflow when getting hot. This appears to be a typical problem....anyone want to chime in.?

also hear squealing noise rom pass rear wheel area. keeps doing it even when applying brakes. should i just change out the axle or could the bearing be bad too...?

These two problems and ac not working. other than that, I get 34mpg. good running car...
