If it were a 722.1 I'd say that it might be the plastic clips that connect the oil feeds between the valve body and the main gear set...
...but I don't see something similar in this PDF http://www.ganzeboom.net/images1/ganzeboom/parts/Mercedes/722.3,%20722.4.pdf I can't see from this PDF how the 3 clutch packs on the 722.3 gear set are connected to the valve body. I'll know more when I take my .3 transmission to bits. But that doesn't help now. Looking at that PDF I'd guess some of those plastic inserts on the band actuators are more likely to be broken.
