85 380SE wont take fuel for a minute or two after cold start.

After it warms up for a minute or maybe two minutes it drives normally. I had another warm up regulator sitting on the shelf and replaced it last night,....and it didnt seem to make any difference.

Any suggestions?

I've also had to adjust up the idle speed by lengthening the throttle rod (the ball end rod under the air filter assembly on the passenger side)as it has started idling at too low an rpm and stalling recently.

Yes, this is the same car that takes about 5 seconds of cranking to finally fire and run.
