W124 Replacing vacuum hoses

The car in questions is a 1995 E320 sedan with 194k miles. In the past year my check engine light has come on due to deteriorating vacuum hoses. The light is on again and I'm suspecting the same issues is up because the car is running well. Can anyone provide a schematic or list of lines and locations that could be replaced? I'm game for replacing all of them at this point. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
