Question W124 Coolant leak

Hi guys, I have a '95 E320 Wagon with a M104.992 motor. It has a massive coolant leak coming from the rear of the water pump. I put a pressure tester to it and it just poured. There's to much stuff to get a good look at it. Can anyone tell me if there are any hoses or fitting on the back of the water pump and if these can be replaced with out removing the pump. Or if it's the pump itself that I'll needs to be replaced.
I'm an Army Veteran and worked on CH-47D Chinook helicopters. I'm capable of fixing this myself, but looking for any guidance.
Thank you.

I'll also add, there is a steel heater hose tube sealed with an o ring that plugs into the waterpump, that might be leaking ( Item 128 in the picture )

The steel hose is up front and the large silver "O" ring will weep. The giant leak in the rear is probably the large "O" ring between the block and water pump. Possible just the failure of the "O" ring and the pump is OK, but if it has a lot of miles on it, might as well change the pump out as this is not an easy job and you don't want to do it again.
