i saved it all into a single PDF - about 300mb

it was a while back. i believe i just turned on Acrobat and invoked the WEB
harvest mode and instructed it to save each link on the page as it plowed through

you can review each link in an index and pick and choose which links, or just
allow it to pick them all automatically. you can also select how many layers
to go within the server, e.g. only one layer/link deep. rare is it that you will
need to go 2+ layers deep
