is this a W123 or W124? let me know which one and i'll get those parts next time i'm at the yard (it'll probably be next week though)

It's a W124... it's Eurospec but I'm assuming the parking brake parts are the same on any side of the world.

Correct, all of the W124 seem to have the same part number for this unit.

Is it the same as the W114 / W115 / W116 / W123 / W126 similar looking bit?

Thanks - I guess that leaves me out of the race - my stuff is too old.

If you google that number you can see that it is fitted to present day vehicles (2012)
