190E/M102 USDM and Euro Differences.

So I'm doing some horse trading with another 190e lover for some Ford parts I'm getting rid of.

He's got a euro spec 190e, though it doesn't seem much different than mine. K-jet, power windows, 15 hole alloys, missing euro lights. It's still got the manual heater controls. It has a 2 liter M102 with K-jet and vacuum advance (I don't know if the vac advance is a euro thing, that's just how it was described to me).

So is there anything else special about the euro models? Anything fancy and euro about the 2.0, it's components, the k-jet, etc? Same cam and head? Is it just a smaller version of my 2.3?

Thanks!
