What do you mean you can't pull them out?
Are they too tight? Can you pull the boot off? You are
using a spark plug socket, an extension and a ratchet,
aren't you?

Whoa - whoa - whoa--ARE YOU TRYING TO PULL THE WIRE OFF THE PLUG OR THE PLUG OUT OF THE HEAD???? First things first
